My classes include traditional 'belly dancing' movements into simple 'keep fit' routines and the music is a mix of traditional, and more modern 'eastern' type music. Movements with names e.g.; 'the snake', the 'Egyptian walk' and the 'camel', are included. Belly dancing is super fun to do and a most enjoyable way to exercise to music, but you may find that you laugh so much during the classes; you find it difficult to concentrate. As in all my classes i want you to thoroughly enjoy yourselves.(you have to be very careful though as after a while, you will find the music to be quite 'hypnotic' and you may end up being seriously addicted to belly dancing (ha) My classes are suitable for everyone.
