Yoga has been taught worldwide for many centuries. It has many health benefits, as it stretches and tones the entire body. In addition, the relaxation together with the soothing music helps to relax the body and calm the mind, which helps it to return to its natural state of wellbeing.
I teach the postures (exercises) in stages for everyone to be able to participate. I have also applied modern exercise theory to the postures, for it to be a completely safe and effective way to improve your overall health.
