During the sessions the client lies / sits down and listens to soothing music, as Jude guides then through a ' Relaxation Induction' and 'Hypnotic Sleep'. This is often referred to as 'Hypnotic Trance' and is the stage we are in when we are day dreaming. It is also the point between being 'fully asleep' and when we are 'wide awake'. Jude uses a Biofeedback Monitor to check this relaxed state has been reached. Direct positive suggestions are then repeated to the subconscious mind, for the unwanted thought, habit, or behaviour to change for the better.
